Buddhism For Beginners

How many of us have striven tirelessly to secure the perfect job, partner, or social status, only to find that once we have it, the sense of incompleteness is still there? Over 2,500 years ago, the Buddha established a living path of teachings to address this timeless challenge. However highly revered they may be, Buddhism is not meant to be taken on faith. We must see for ourselves.

In this month’s teaching, Mingyur Rinpoche shows us how to do just that through the foundational framework of the four noble truths. Rinpoche explores why life’s ups and downs are completely natural and shows us how to become genuinely “okay with not okay.” Through modern examples and practical guidance, Rinpoche shows how each of the noble truths can serve as a powerful doorway to our innate awareness, compassion, and wisdom.
