Basic Goodness and Awareness Part 2

In part two of this four-part series, Mingyur Rinpoche teaches how we can learn to see that awareness is the essence of all of our thoughts and emotions. This helps us to see that we do not have to use meditation to change or fix ourselves, but rather to recognize what we already have.
