Meditating with Emotions

How does your body respond when you experience an emotion? Do you often feel overwhelmed by emotions?

In this video, Mingyur Rinpoche teaches us how to work with emotions and gives us advice on how to experience a sense of space and openness in the midst of difficulties.

  • In your own experience, can you sense the unchanging nature of awareness when an emotion arises, even if only on a subtle level? If so, does this change or shift anything in your day-to-day experience?
